Summer is winding down and our mentees are preparing their final prints.
Come celebrate these young artists and see the myths and monsters they've captured this summer.
What are Myths and Monsters? They are hard to see. They are dangerous. They can be ancient or current. They shape our world. From their neighborhood to their imaginations, mentees have photographed and designed their ideas using their skills in photography and Photoshop.
Growing Up! by lupe reyes
First Exposures Artist-in-Residence Lupe Reyes will present an exhibition of her work. Growing Up! encapsulates the story of the artist's brother. Merging analog and digital photography alongside journal entries and objects, Lupe takes us through childhood memories that are both familiar and unique.
